Painting Workshop<\/h1>\n

\u201cThe Urban Landscape:\u00a0<\/em>A new Look<\/em>\u201d<\/h2>\n

The workshop is focused on the pictorial understanding of the new urban landscape extracted from current media such as the internet. Everyday images will transform themselves with plastic criteria into pure painting. The work in the workshop will be based fundamentally on the traditional technique of egg tempera, to integrate the current everyday life to painting as the great masters did in their time. We will fully immerse ourselves in the resources of the technique such as the ideal preparation of the support, a simple drawing draft, the glazing work, the chromatic adjustment of the first layers according to saturation criteria, corrections, layers build up and pasting. The most important thing is to synthesize and master a technique that will open many expressive resources for the artists.<\/p>\n
