Workshop registrations

  1. By registering for any workshop of Theartdiggerlab (hereinafter TADL), you understand that you accept these terms and conditions
  1. The places will be allocated by strictly chronological order of registration and payment confirmation
  1. If the payment is made by bank transfer, your place will be confirmed from the moment that we recibe the corresponding bank receipt or, failing this, at the confirmation that the payment has been received

Cancellation policy

  1. We always try to maintain the conditions and services announced through our website www.theartdiggerlab.com but in anticipation of any unexpected circumstance, TADL reserves the right to make changes in services, venue, number of attendees and prices. If this happens for a specific event, the registrants could accept or cancel their subscription, refunding in all cases the total amount of the registration less the transfer costs if any, without including other expenses in which the student may have incurred
  1. 3. TADL reserves the right to postpone or cancel a workshop if the minimum number of participants required to carry it out is not reached. If this happens, the registrants will be informed 30 days in advance, returning the full payment made, limited to the registration cost of the workshop less the transfer costs if any. Other types of expenses such as transportation or accommodation bookings will not be reimbursed, so we advise not to make these until 30 days before the workshop or to subscribe a travel insurance that can protect you reimbursing your money if by any circumstance you need to cancel your trip due to an emergency. Travel insurance are quite affordable and will protect you in other ways as well.
  1. 4. If, for any reason of an urgent or unexpected nature, the instructor artist had to cancel the event, the total reimbursement of the registration fee would be made less the transfer costs if any. If the instructor could not complete the course due to any unexpected circumstance, a refund would be made proportional to the instruction time not completed.
  1. Cancellation by the participant: if for any reason a student wants to cancel his / her registration, he / she must notify it in good time, receiving a refund according to the date when we receive the notification until the celebration of the event:
    1. With more than 30 days in advance: 100% of the registration
    2. 30 to 15 days in advance: 50%
    3. Less than 15 days in advance: no refund.

In all cases of reimbursement, transfer fees if any will be discounted

Use of facilities and attendance to the Workshop

The use of the workshop and its facilities is reserved only for the registered participants and the assistants or visitors who decide the organisation of TADL. Any other visitor or guest must have the express permission of TADL.

Publicity

Unless informed otherwise,TADL will consider photographs taken of students in the workshop and of their artwork to be permissible for publication by TADL.

Liabilities 

In no case is the organisation of the TADL workshops liable to:

  1. Any accident, health problem, or physical damage that may occur to the attendant during the development of the workshop inside or outside the venue, been every attendant responsible for their personal safety.
  1. Any theft or damage to the personal property of the workshop attendees
  1. Any loss or additional expense incurred by the participant due to causes beyond the TADL organisation such as transportation delays or cancellations, strikes, weather conditions and, in general, unusual and unpredictable circumstances.

Online Courses Specific terms

Online courses inscription

Before signing up for any online/offline Webinar, please make sure your computer is equipped with the proper software and internet connection to participate
The Art Digger Lab is exempt from any responsibility in the event that the student cannot access the website for reasons beyond our control

For online training, the student is responsible to have sufficient computer knowledge as well as the appropriate Wifi connection to follow the course methodology and to be able to carry it out with full guarantees of acquiring the necessary knowledge for online attendance

Cancellation policy

  1. 1. If this happens for a specific event, the registrants could accept or cancel their subscription, refunding in all cases the total amount of the registration less the transfer costs if any, without including other expenses in which the student may have incurred

If this happens, the registrants will be informed 10 days in advance, returning the full payment made, limited to the registration cost of the course less the transfer costs if any. No other type of expenses will not reimbursed,

If, for any reason of an urgent or unexpected nature, the instructor/s artists had to cancel the event, the total reimbursement of the registration fee would be made less the transfer costs if any. If the instructors could not complete the course due to any unexpected circumstance, a refund would be made proportional to the instruction time not completed.
